Elegant Murano Glass Lamp. Designed by Alfredo Barbini (1912-207) in Italy, circa 1970s. The glass base is executed in the “Scavo” technique, Scavo is a process that involves sifting a mix of chemicals onto the surface of a vessel while extremely hot and allowing it to eat into the glass. The shade is executed in Murano white and clear glass with nickel plated hardware. The lamp has 3 light spots.
