Beautiful chrome plated steel wire Diamond chairs

designed by Harry Bertoia (1915-1978). 

With the original seat cushion. 

 

It was Charles Eames who motivated the sculptor Harry Bertoia to design a chair, the result was a set of different wire chairs produced by Knoll International. Bertoia turned industrial wire rods into a design icon: transparent and comfortable.
