A great example of Dutch modernism that is getting harder and harder to find.

by "My home Bas van Pelt". Really good vintage condition, some traces of use on the frame.

Mooie en zeldzame vintage salontafel. Een mooi voorbeeld van Nederlands modernisme.

Zeer mooie vintage staat enkele sporen van gebruik op het frame eigen aan de leeftijd.

Did you know?

Bas van Pelt (1900-1945) started his store "My Home" in 1931, just before the Great Depression.

In the shop in the lively center of The Hague, there was a large window, a flat TV avant la lettre, so everyone could  see inside what he was designing.

His Modern furniture  was light and airy, transparent, made of tubular steel frame combined with wood.

Bas van Pelt stood out because  his "My Home" collections, were all samples and only produced when orderen.

Janni van Pelt was the daughter of Bas van Pelt.
