Beautiful and rare atomic coat stand.

​

With place for your coat, hat and shoes.  The coat stand has a blue painted iron cast with 11 colored brass balls in yellow, white and red. 

The top is made from wood.

Mentioned in the iconic book "Les Interieurs 50".  This book was the first publication about midcentury and 50s design written in Belgium. 

 

All in very good vintage condition.

Zeldzame kapstok ontworpen in de jaren 50 met plaats voor je jas, hoed en schoenen. 

 

De kapstok heeft een blauw geverfde gietijzeren frame met 11 gekleurde koperen ballen in geel, wit en rood.  De top is gemaakt van hout. 

 

Staat vermeld in de iconische boek "Les Interieurs 50". Dit boek was de eerste publicatie over design uit de jaren 50 die in België werd geschreven. 

 

In een zeer goede vintage staat.
